About The Data
Data DescriptionThis image was created from HST data from proposal : S. Faber (University of California, Santa Cruz), et al. The science team for this release is led by A. van der Wel (Max Planck Institute for Astronomy, Heidelberg, Germany), and the images were produced by A. Koekemoer (STScI).
InstrumentHST>ACS/WFC and HST>WFC3/IR
FiltersACS/WFC: F606W (V) and F814W (I) WFC3/IR: F125W (J) and F160W (H)
About The Image
Color InfoThese images are composites of many separate exposures made by the ACS and WFC3 instruments on the Hubble Space Telescope using different filters that isolate broad wavelengths. The color results from assigning different hues (colors) to each monochromatic image. In this case, the assigned colors are: Blue: F606W (V) Green: F814W (I) Red: F125W (J) + F160W (H)
